The separate living space made me feel at home. The staff's handy tips were a plus. My love for gaming and digital art was satisfied with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. A fun mix of work and play!

Overall, a great experience with excellent service.

I wish the hotel could improve on providing daily room cleaning services for guests staying less than 7 days. it would be nice to have better replenishment of supplies such as paper towels, dishwasher pods, and hand soap in the rooms.

The cozy Southern decor at the hotel made me feel so welcomed. The common areas were beautifully adorned with charming, comfortable furniture, making it a perfect place to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easy-to-navigate hallways and well-placed handrails, ensuring comfort and safety for guests of all ages.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people to have clearer signage around the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Sonesta ES Suites New Orleans. The location was superb, just a short walk from the St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 and the University Medical Center. The room I stayed in was a studio, which was spacious and came with all the necessary facilities, including a safe deposit box, air conditioning, and free WiFi. It was a delightful experience to have everything I needed right at my fingertips.

The only minor downside I encountered was a small issue with the night staff not following up on a problem with the TV's WiFi. However, the morning staff was quick to acknowledge the issue and offered to move us to a different room where everything worked perfectly.

Despite a few hiccups, the Sonesta ES NOLA shines bright! The location is unbeatable, with a warm and welcoming staff. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and unique touches like the 'NEST' and rooftop will keep us coming back for every family reunion. Just minor room issues, easily overlooked.

At my first stay, the staff helped with dining directions, which I remember. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and pet-friendly policy. I keep coming back, and I'm excited to return for Easter.

Elevator was slow.

rooms🌟 had all required facilities and ample space. the ironing facilities came in handy. Only downside is the lackluster breakfast. Would definitely come back for the cozy rooms! 🛌

The location was ideal for exploring the canal and Bourbon areas on foot, with a stunning view from a high floor. My room got upgraded, providing two rooms and bathrooms. Brandon & Keith's exceptional service was a highlight, making up for the lack of towel replenishment and occasionally wonky key cards. The kitchenette was convenient for meals, despite limited food options nearby. An unforgettable experience worth returning for, thanks to Brandon & Keith's stellar hospitality.

The suite was massive, really liked the convenient full kitchenette, and the food options at the nearby Pythian market were bomb. Staff were super cool and the bed comfy AF. 🛏️ Although the washing machine situation was a bit of a fiasco, the rest of the trip was top-notch. Would defo hit this spot up again for a chill time. 🙌🏼
