Great location close to airport. Free shuttle service to and from airport was a lifesaver. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, holding my room until I arrived and allowing a late check-out. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent and the service was friendly. a positive experience.

The building could use some updates and the carpet was a bit worn. Better coffee options would be appreciated as the Starbucks machine didn't work properly.

The hotel we stayed in was situated close to everything we needed which made it convenient for us to move around. It was very close to the airport too, which made our commute hassle-free. We also found it close to the Allstate center, which was a bonus. The Raddison shuttle from the airport terminal also made transportation a breeze.

The parking was not at the hotel, but that did not cause us any significant problems.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious and homey rooms at an affordable price. The location is ideal for easy access to hire cars at O'Hare airport, as well as nearby retail stores. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are up to standard. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which included an omelet station and a wide range of international options to cater to all travelers.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh hot food, vegetables, and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, saving me money by staying near the airport. The free shuttle service was a great convenience, getting me to O'Hare in minutes to easily access Chicago's impressive public transit system. For just $10 a day, I could go practically anywhere. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

For my purpose it was just fine. Having a restaurant connected to the hotel was nice. Also, high five for the staff for professionally and quickly dealing with a VERY drunk and disruptive patron. The Sleep Number bed and the hair dryer in the room were great. Location-wise, the shuttle service to and from ATO for my delayed luggage was convenient. The Longhorn Steak House nearby provided a great location for a delicious meal.

The room size was perfect, and there were all the amenities we needed within walking distance, including a Target directly across the street. The breakfast provided was excellent, with made-to-order omelettes and a variety of full breakfast items. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a complex across the street that offers numerous dining options. Additionally, the hotel had its own restaurant and a gift shop in the lobby which was very convenient.

The eggs seemed to be powdered or tofu-based and were dry and flavorless. The waffle machine took a long time to make a single waffle and the coffee tasted very weak.
