The pool area was stunning with a variety of seating options, a bar, and a hot tub. The view from the pool was also very nice. Additionally, the hotel had a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, and the rooms were comfortable with great beds.

The WiFi was bad due to hotel construction, and the TV didn't work well. There were also some minor issues with the bathroom amenities, such as a lack of towel bars and cheap bathroom cups.

We recently had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the Harbourside Shops area. There were so many new shops and restaurants to explore nearby. The service was excellent, from the valets to the housekeepers. We also enjoyed the variety of amenities available, such as the spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, from the welcome drink upon arrival to the express check-in/out service. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The only downside we can think of is that families may find this hotel a bit more expensive than other options. However, we highly recommend this hotel to families as well because of the fantastic service and amenities provided.

Our stay at this hotel started off on a bad note. When we arrived late at night, we found out our pre-paid room had been given away and we had to be transferred to another hotel, which was not comparable to what we had originally booked.

The pool area has plenty of chairs and shade and serves delicious food at the outdoor bar, while towels are also provided. This hotel is also situated in the Harbourside shops area, with many options for nearby restaurants in the Palm Beach area.

Parking can be inconvenient and expensive, with guests having to pay extra and park in a ramp across the street.
