I had a very pleasant stay at Lotte City. The hotel's elegant atmosphere and location near the Navoi Theater made it a great choice. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and large glass balcony doors. The breakfast selection was lovely, offering a variety of options. The pool area was also nice, and I appreciated the convenience of having ATMs and an exchange office in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a very green area of town, the hotel is perfectly situated close to the city center with easy access to the airport. The hotel boasts a prime location, right opposite the Opera House, offering guests a stunning view. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff is professional, courteous, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The prices at the hotel can be considered a bit high compared to other options in the area.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas break and there were a couple of things we enjoyed. First, they welcomed us with complimentary drinks and chocolates which was a nice touch. The location is also great, right in the city center, with easy access to many restaurants and shops. the hotel had a nice view from the rooftop bar where we enjoyed watching the sunset.

The room was not very clean, and we found hairs in the bathroom. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful with our requests.

Excellent remodelling, could be better. Fitness facilities scarce,should improve. Smoking ban needed. Nice place to stay.
