Spent Xmas with my family at this hotel and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The complementary breakfast was great and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to nearby attractions, this saved us a lot of money on taxis.

The rooms were not up to par, the shower was not working properly and we had to ask the staff multiple times to fix it. the staff was not as friendly as we expected, and this made us feel a bit unwelcome.

Excellent service and attention to detail. The masseuse at the spa provided a fantastic deep tissue massage, and the hairstylists in the salon gave me the best haircut I've ever had. The pool area was perfect for a day of relaxation, with great drink service and food options. The buffet lunch on Sundays was a lovely experience. Despite a few minor issues mentioned by other guests, my overall stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with their luxury and exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments including body wraps and massages. The outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The Garden area was perfect for taking a stroll and offered a peaceful retreat. The location advantages are innumerable with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions.

Though I had a delightful stay, the service at the restaurant was a bit slow. Despite this, the food options were exceptional and the dinner menu offered a variety of dishes.
