Polite and courteous staff, quiet room, fantastic view of Avila mountain from the room, strong water pressure in the bathroom on the 17th floor, convenient location within walking distance of Chacaíto commercial area, safe neighborhood across the Miranda Avenue.

My Christmas stay was great. The complementary breakfast and reliable taxi service were fantastic. The hotel's key location near shopping malls and restaurants made it easy to access everything I needed. The hotel provided a safe and comfortable environment for me to enjoy my holiday.

The expensive services, like most things in the area. However, the hotel's amenities and the excellent staff more than made up for it.

Staying here was a great experience! The staff were so accommodating, always willing to help me out with whatever I needed. The location was ideal, in a really good area within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was fantastic, with top-quality amenities and great views of the surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom and amazing shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any queries or issues. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Caracas.
