The hotel facilities were good, with a small gym and a swimming pool on the top floor. The location was convenient, with easy access to spas, markets, offices, and other amenities within the area. the breakfast options were adequate, and there were two complementary amenities that we enjoyed during our stay.

We had a terrible experience with the staff who were unhelpful, surly and always looked unhappy. we were disturbed by loud noises from the surrounding area, particularly from the nearby karaoke and disco bars.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect - close to shops and town center. The service was fantastic - the staff provided us with dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry and even airport shuttle! The room amenities were top-notch - we had an iron, air conditioning, a sitting area. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the sauna was a great way to relax after work.

My recent stay at Citadines was a great experience. The location was perfect, with easy and safe walking access to Dong Khoi. The rooms were in excellent condition and felt fresh and unused. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The blackout curtains were a welcome addition, ensuring a dark and peaceful environment.

The room did have a few minor drawbacks. There were too many indicator lights that remained bright throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The room was clean and well lit, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to work at the desk. The bathroom fixtures were nice, especially the cozy bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The amenities, like the gym and rooftop swimming pools, were also a plus.

The walls between the hotel guest rooms were thin, making privacy nonexistent and potentially causing noise disturbances.
