This was our fifth visit to Hanoi, and we have stayed in various areas, but Prince II Hotel exceeded all our expectations. Located right next to lively Ta Hien street, we found it convenient to explore the city on foot. There were countless restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special mention to the administrator Ngui, who warmly greeted us and took care of all our needs. She even managed to arrange our laundry service and a company car to the airport. The breakfast was excellent as well. Considering all that you get for the price, Prince II Hotel should be your first choice.

You can easily explore the bustling streets, visit historic sites, and indulge in local cuisine. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as tables and closets.

Some noise from the surrounding bars and construction in the mornings can be heard in the rooms.

Not obvious to find at first

I've been to Hanoi five times before, but this hotel is truly the best. Perfectly situated next to lively Ta Hien street, you can easily explore on foot and enjoy a variety of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even helped us book a trip to Ha Long Bay and upgraded our room when we decided to return early. Great value for money - it would be my top choice!

The value for money at Prince II was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and had WiFi on every floor. The location was perfect, close to the lake and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs.

Had an amazing DMZ tour. Visited war sites and learned all about the history. Super convenient location near all major tourist attractions.

Oh, and who needs a commission-following, enterprising person that knows all the best hotels? Definitely not me.

I stayed in a quiet room at the back, away from the street noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating my early breakfast and even letting me store my luggage after check-out. I would definitely return if I ever visit the city again.
