I loved the beautiful private beach and the amazing sunsets at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of food. Although the hotel was fully booked, the staff still managed to make me feel like a priority. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the sea and a very nice pool. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from. The location was prime, being only a short shuttle ride from the airport and having direct access to the beach. There were also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel's staff struggled with speaking English, which made communication difficult and led to some mistakes during my stay. The restaurants on the premises were expensive and lacked quality in terms of food.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort in Phu Quoc. The staff at Sol By Melia were absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and professional. The lady at the Kids club was especially lovely, and my girls had a great time there. Our room was fantastic, with direct access to the pool, which was absolutely amazing. The pool itself was clean and had plenty of spots for sunbathing or just relaxing. The beach was private, clean, and quiet, located right next to the famous Sunset club with an art exhibition. The beach restaurant served delicious Spanish dishes and unique specialties. As vegans, it was a pleasant surprise to find plenty of options for us at the breakfast buffet, which is usually not the case at high-end resorts. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel staff, especially the cleaning and support team, were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was superb and the room was clean and pretty. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, even sending their nurse to check on me when I needed painkillers. The hotel also provided free buses to the night market and gave us money to spend in their restaurant/bar. The overall atmosphere was great for kids and families.
