The stay at Bristol Hotel was excellent. Despite a small language barrier at check-in, the friendly staff quickly resolved the situation. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a useful air conditioner. The location was convenient, with easy walking access to the city center. The delicious breakfast with Albanian cheese was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Tirana.

The room itself is clean and comfortable, with a good heater and extra blankets. The bathroom is nice and has plenty of hot water. The breakfast is delicious, especially the Albanian cheese and the variety of sweets. The staff is helpful and kind, providing great service throughout the stay.

There is a language barrier as not all staff members speak English fluently.

All in all, this hotel was great and there's nothing that needs improvement.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower provided hot water which was excellent for our romantic escape. the room came clean every day, and fresh towels were given daily, it was a great touch. the location was handy, super close to cafes, bars, and shops which offered us great convenience.

We had a negative experience concerning payment. the hotel didn't accept cards due to their broken card machine, and we were not informed in advance.
