I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with everything from arranging trips to laundry. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. The location was perfect, with nice restaurants nearby and easy to walk to the trendy Blloku district, opera house, and other interesting places.

The location was ideal as there is a Procredit Bank literally next door, a Carrefour within a few hundred metres from the hotel, and the sites of Tirana were just a 10-minute walk away. Despite being in the midst of the restaurant district, the hotel was surprisingly unaffected by the noise of it all. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The basic amenities provided, such as free wifi and breakfast, were a bonus. The rooms were standard, but clean, and I especially appreciated the free wifi and the breakfast provided, which consisted mainly of different types of cheese, cold meats, eggs. The best part was that all of this was included in the very reasonable room rate. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

We had an amazing New Year experience at a hotel in Tirana! the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better. the hotel was situated close to some fantastic restaurants and just a short walk away from the main square. It was also convenient to have a 24-hour supermarket and a bank nearby. the room was clean and had all the modern amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the abundance of TV channels available.

The only downside was that the bathroom was a little chilly, but considering it was winter, it was understandable. However, it would have been nice if it was a bit warmer.
