The hotel had a big and beautiful parking lot surrounded by a garden. the room was wide and the staff was friendly with a great smile. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

The hotel is located far from the city centre. the room was too bright to sleep in and there were no curtains to block the light.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location, yet it is just a short walk to the City Centre and main attractions in the city. Guests can easily reach Skanderbeg Square and explore the surrounding areas on foot. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff demonstrates excellent customer service. The breakfast options are varied and the tables are filled with homemade food. the hotel offers a lovely family atmosphere and olde worlde charm.

The room decor could benefit from an update, but this doesn't affect the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
