The hotel has an amazing location, just a few minutes away from both the beach and the main street. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great advice on what to see and do in the area. the room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning to keep the summer heat at bay.

The shower had no curtain or glass, making the bathroom uncomfortably wet after use. there were some problems with construction at the hotel that made it difficult to enjoy all the amenities on offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location on the main street going around the bay was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy the beautiful beachfront. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious meals and a cozy atmosphere. We were also pleased with the free Wi-Fi in public areas, making it easy to stay connected.

This venue is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This family-run hotel has a great location on the main street, close to the city center and with easy access to the main beachfront. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. The friendly staff provides helpful service, and guests even receive a free lift to the ferry when checking out.

The wifi was not working during our stay.

our stay at havana was incredible. the breathtaking view from the balcony, the friendly and helpful staff, and the delicious breakfast on the rooftop made our vacation truly memorable. exceeded all expectations.
