golden palace was the highlight of our trip to shkoder. the hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service. the staff, especially leon from the restaurant and the receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we'll definitely choose this hotel again if we return to shkoder.

Breakfast could use more variety.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with exclusive amenities that satisfied our luxurious needs. the spacious rooms with private facilities were beautifully designed and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat. We enjoyed the location advantages and the on-site secure parking was a great convenience. the bar/lounge area was sleek and offered a lovely ambiance for drinks.

We had only one minor issue with the breakfast service. Although the variety and quality were decent, the hot items were cold towards the end, but this did not detract from our overall experience.

Another great feature of the hotel is the secure on-site parking, which provides peace of mind to travelers.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, working aircon and TV. Excellent service from Leon at the restaurant and the receptionist. Good location near restaurants and shops. Worth staying again if in the area.

The hotel is centrally located and offers easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are well-maintained and spotless. The staff provides excellent customer service, with special mentions for Leon from the restaurant and the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast, although not always warm, offers a decent selection and guests can request to have their plates heated.

Some amenities were not fully operational due to the hotel being new, but this did not significantly impact the overall experience.
