The hotel also features a clean swimming pool and easy parking facilities.

One minor drawback is that the restaurant can be a bit loud at times due to the simultaneous playing of a football match and EDM/pop music.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the hilltop resort in Gjirokaster. The picturesque views of the mountains and city were breathtaking. The spacious rooms were recently renovated and the pool area was very attractive. We couldn't get enough of the delicious food served at the restaurant, especially the dinner. Even the breakfast was filling and offered a variety of local dishes. The decor of the hotel, inspired by traditional Albanian furnishings, added a unique touch to our experience. Despite the slight challenge of walking up and down the steep hill to the town center, the view from the top was well worth it. Google maps had some trouble guiding us, but we eventually found our way. We were able to cool off and relax in the pool after a hot day, although we did notice some issues with the pool water leading to discoloration of our clothes. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, although we did have a negative encounter with the general manager who displayed unprofessional behavior. In a tense situation, we discovered that we had been overcharged by the hotel due to the wrong exchange rate being applied to our payment. Despite these challenges, the positives of our stay outweighed the negatives. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning location, delicious food, and genuine pool with a view.

I loved the stunning views from the hotel. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and made for a picturesque backdrop during my stay. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant experience and provided useful recommendations for things to do in the area.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't quite enjoy. the roads leading up to the property were in poor condition and made it difficult to access the hotel.

The complementary Champagne bottle and New Year's Eve party favors were a nice touch, adding to the festive atmosphere. the hotel's location near the top of a hill offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area, making it worth the walk. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities to make your stay enjoyable.

The steep climb up and down the hill was a bit of a challenge, especially for older guests or those with mobility issues. the lack of proper signage or directions made it difficult to find the hotel, causing some frustration.
