We were impressed by the central location of the hotel, making it convenient to explore the main sights and enjoy the nearby boulevard along the shore. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed, AC, minibar, and Wifi. The hotel's charming decoration added to the ambiance. The friendly receptionist warmly welcomed us and offered a room of our choice. The service lady, Mimosa, ensured our room was cleaned daily and even added fresh flowers. The manager, Ana, was accommodating and allowed us to decide when to pay. She also recommended a beautiful beach for our last day in Durres. The passion and dedication of the hotel employees truly made our stay comfortable.

The hotel had modernly furnished and clean rooms with a friendly and helpful staff. the hotel offered free pizza dilivered to the room from a local pizza place.

The hotel's food had an "interesting" taste that was not to my liking and the breakfast had a limited choice. while the lobby area had a nice design, the rooms were simple and lacked the glossiness of the website.
