Exceptional: Staying at Hotel Livia was like living in a fairytale with its elegant restaurant, rich menu, and excellent house wine. But who needs parking and varied breakfast options anyway?

I recently stayed at Hotel Livia for 3 nights while visiting Tirana. The staff at Livia were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and filling, providing a great start to my days. The hotel's location was perfect, with all major attractions within a short walking distance. The owners were also very kind and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The outside bar area was a lovely space to relax after a busy day of exploring.

Would recommend this hotel.

The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable and peaceful room. The location was convenient and the staff treated me exceptionally well.

I had a great stay at a small and cozy hotel. The recently refurbished room was neat and perfect for a family with a double bed and bunk bed. The room had air conditioning and was very quiet. The location was fantastic, just a few hundred meters from famous attractions like Sanderbeg square, the central market, and Toptani shopping center. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious and the value for money was great.

Not obvious to find

Conveniently located, excellent staff, great breakfast with local food, pleasant room. Efficient communication between hotels for lost items. Nearby food market enhanced the return visit.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offered a mind-blowing experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was superb. The breakfast buffet was a jaw-dropping feast with a variety of delicious local dishes. The hotel had a nice green surrounding and was close to all major attractions. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The price was great, considering the hospitality, cleanliness, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located Hotel Livia was. It only took us a short 5-minute walk from the airport bus drop off, and we were right in the center of the city. Skanderbeg Square and the New Bazaar were just a few minutes away, filled with cafes, restaurants, and shops. Plus, the hotel was near taxi stands, making transportation a breeze. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I particularly enjoyed the cute courtyard where I could enjoy my breakfast every morning. Despite a minor issue with a lingering cigarette smell and a mosquito, the overall experience was great, especially considering the affordable price that included breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city close to Skanderberg Square and the vibrant areas of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, both the room and the restaurant were super clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful garden and a spacious restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jam. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. Parking was also easy to find nearby.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It is conveniently close to a wide variety of restaurants and bars, making it perfect for those who enjoy going out at night. Additionally, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the bus stop, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city.

One aspect that could be improved is the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Some guests have mentioned the presence of black mold in the shower and sink cabinets, as well as bed sheets with holes and musty-smelling blankets.

An oasis in the city - peaceful, clean, spacious rooms. Helpful English-speaking manager. Popular with locals. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent location near city center, restaurants, and shops. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Had a great time during my city break! Two complementary facts as a plus: free coffee and tea all day long and a beautiful outdoor seating area that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable bed - perfect for a good night's sleep.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. Although the room was clean, I did notice some small issues like a broken towel rack and a bit of noise from the street.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! it was incredibly conveniently located in the center of the city, meaning I could easily walk to all the sights I wanted to see. Secondly, the service was fantastic. The staff was always ready to help me with anything and everything I needed, and they were so friendly and welcoming. Thirdly, the rooms were great. Mine had a beautiful view, and it was so comfortable and cozy. And lastly, breakfast was a real highlight. I loved the local products they used, and getting a complementary cappuccino was a really lovely touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was really enjoyable and I can't think of anything that could have been improved.
