This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super vibrant and perfect for exploring all the areas we wanted to visit. The staff, from reception to the cleaning crew, were jaw-droppingly professional and attentive to their duties. The rooms were a true credit to the owners and staff - we were blown away by the comfort and cleanliness. We would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the city. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff in the breakfast room were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. The airport shuttle was amazingly convenient, and the beds were so comfortable. We truly had an unforgettable stay thanks to the fantastic staff and respect we received throughout our trip. The bellhop, server, and parking coordinator, Gramoz, was a total rockstar - a perfect 10/10! He made our experience even more special and will be the reason we come back to this hotel next time we're in the city. If you have the chance, you absolutely must stay at this hotel!
