We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on the quiet side of the river and close to the pedestrian bridge. We enjoyed walking around the historic parts of the city and admiring the beautiful old houses and castle rock. The hotel's restaurant offered a nice selection of local food, and the breakfast buffet was small but delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the terrace and sitting area, where we could relax and take in the breathtaking views.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel with an unbeatable location. It was just a short walk to the main attractions, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the old town and the bridge from our room. Staying at this hotel during my recent city trip was a real delight! the location was absolutely fantastic offering easy access to the main attractions and sights - just a stone's throw away from the historic center and with stunning views across the city. the rooms were well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. I particularly enjoyed making use of the free Wi-Fi and the room service offered. the staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help with any queries I had. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in the city!

The only real downside of staying at this hotel was the price. While I was able to afford the rates, I can imagine that some visitors could find the cost a little steep for what you get.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the town. We had a room with a view of the old buildings and castle, which was a breathtaking sight. In the evenings, we would sit outside and watch the sunset, sipping our drinks and enjoying the view. the hotel also had an excellent restaurant that served both Albanian and Italian food. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including espresso coffee, eggs, local cooked cherries, yogurt, cheese. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They even helped us organize a driver to take us to our next destination in Tirana.

The only downside we experienced at this hotel was the issue with parking. Due to the narrow streets of the old city, it was a bit challenging to find parking.

Choosing this hotel again was a 'No Brainer'. The decor, feel, and style are excellent. The staff were all the same, a good sign. The food is excellent, as always. Traditional Berati-style decor with a modern take. Evening dining in the courtyard with a floodlight Mangalemi District as the backdrop.
