The resort exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the beautiful mountain views to the delicious food, the facilities were top-notch. The staff, including the hotel manager Dritan, receptionist Angela, and the massage therapist, went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. They were incredibly kind, generous, and friendly, always willing to help without even being asked. The resort had everything I needed, including a swimming pool for adults, a pool for children, and a playground. As a light sleeper, I appreciate that the resort provided a calm and quiet environment for a peaceful night's sleep.
