I had an amazing value for my money at Sar'Otel Boutique. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. The staff treated me like a VIP, going above and beyond to assist me.

We had a fantastic stay at Sar'Otel Boutique. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quiet street just a short walk from Skanderbeg Square. We loved the outdoor terrace where we could enjoy our breakfast or have a drink. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's central location meant that all the key attractions were within walking distance, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel personnel were attentive and helpful, providing us with useful information and even preparing sandwiches and coffee for our early departure. The hotel also offered underground parking, which was a great convenience. The interior of the hotel was nicely decorated and the inner-yard provided a calm and private space. The rooms were quiet and the spacious bathrooms were a bonus. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection and the coffee was particularly good. we highly recommend this lovely, centrally located hotel.

This hotel is in a prime location, right near the center of the city. It is in a good area, close to the main square and all the attractions. Despite being in the center, it is surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful environment for guests. The rooms are extremely large, clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is basic but sufficient, and the wifi is fantastic. There is also a small but high-quality spa area for guests to enjoy.

Some guests reported that their suitcases were moved around by the cleaners each day, which may be a minor inconvenience.

Sar'Otel Boutique exceeded my expectations during my stay in Tirana. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore the city on foot, with key attractions just minutes away. The staff, especially Gerando at the reception, were incredibly friendly and provided valuable recommendations for dining and city orientation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious selection, accompanied by fabulous coffee. I would definitely choose Sar'Otel Boutique again for my next visit.

During our stay here, we found this venue to be situated in the very center, which made it very easy for us to explore the area. The room service was excellent with prompt and efficient car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry services. We appreciated the airport shuttle and the paid shuttle service which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities such as the mini-bar, balcony, sitting area, and terrace, were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. We also found the soundproofed rooms to be very peaceful and relaxing, and the staff at the reception desk, especially the manager, to be very friendly and accommodating.
