The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The underground spa was a highlight, offering fantastic facilities for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. I also enjoyed the varied breakfast options, particularly the freshly squeezed orange juice. Despite a minor issue with the coffee being cold, these were very minor complaints in an otherwise outstanding accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great - centered around a few good restaurants but just within walking distance of the city center. The staff were incredibly kindhearted and sweet. They went out of their way to make sure we were settled and to answer all of our questions. The hotel itself was very modern and well kept.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the facilities, including a gym next door, were comparable to those of a five-star chain hotel. The breakfast served was truly magnificent, and the fast internet connection was a plus. The hotel's airport transfer service and excellent tours in Albania and the neighboring Balkans, including Macedonia and Montenegro, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.
