I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town. It was just a 10-minute walk to the river and the Pyramid, which was very interesting. The staff here were amazing, always greeting me with a smile and providing excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the amenities like the mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, right in the heart of the town. Despite the small glitch with the AC, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ms Nertila Pashang at the reception. The breakfast had a good selection and the homemade yogurt was a standout. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at this place and had a truly fabulous experience. the location is really great as it overlooks the central square and is fantastic for exploring the city. The fact that it is right next to Skanderbeg square and within walking distance from the museums and city center is a huge plus. Secondly, the service here was top-notch. The staff seemed really friendly and accommodating, always making sure that my needs were met. And lastly, the amenities provided were impressive. From the spacious and comfortable rooms to the excellent room service, everything was great and at my disposal.

While the prices seemed fixed and non-negotiable, I still highly recommend this hotel to families.

the breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of choices and a lovely view of the central square. the staff was very warm and welcoming making our stay very comfortable. the hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to several restaurants and tourist attractions. It definitely made our stay in the city very enjoyable.

One small issue was the gym which seemed a bit outdated and had poor ventilation. the gym opening time of 9 am was not particularly convenient.

This hotel is conveniently located near Tirana's attractions and the big central square. It offers a good view of the city and is even close to where you catch the free TEG bus to the big new out-of-town shopping mall. The rooms have comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioning, and minibars with fair prices.

Some staff members were rude and lacked courtesy towards non-English speakers.
