Spacious room, free baby cot, great location, nice bathroom, beautiful view, good breakfast.

Not one thing.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Berat! The location is perfect, right in the center of the town and in front of a pedestrian area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony view of the city. The bathroom facilities are excellent, with everything in working order. And the breakfast served with a beautiful view over the city, especially the old castle, is simply magnificent.

All was great, no improvement needed.

Great location, right across from a park and on a pedestrian walkway. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel and my room were very clean and well-maintained. The interior was colourful and had interesting artwork. The staff were well-trained and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. Despite a few minor issues such as parking difficulties and a wet bathroom floor, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located adjacent to the main pedestrianised boulevard, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, especially during sunset when the snow-capped mountains to the south are illuminated in a golden glow. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One negative aspect was that the TV in the room did not work.

The hotel had a great location, close to historic areas and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for things to do in the area. I also enjoyed the free breakfast offered in the morning, it was simple but satisfying.

There was no elevator and I had to walk up several flights of stairs to get to my room. The bathroom was a bit outdated and had a musty smell.
