The location of the hotel on the Lalla Setti mountain provides a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the beautiful outdoor area and take in the stunning view of the city. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the service is efficient and polite.

The spa could be cleaner and should meet the standards of a hotel with this level of style and stars.

The front desk staff was friendly. The architecture and entrance design were culturally fitting. Polite and attentive staff. Great location with a fantastic view. Beautiful outdoor area.

the exclusive amenities and service provided exceeded my expectations. the indoor Sauna and Swimming pool were spotless, and the Bar/Lounge area had a trendy vibe, perfect for socializing. the spacious room had premium Bed and breakfast, and the Restaurant buffet offered an extensive choice of dishes. the private facilities were incomparable, with everything being meticulously designed for my comfort.

Although the location of this hotel had many advantages, I found it challenging to locate.

The rooms were clean and tidy with modern amenities. the pool area was a nice spot to relax with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. the gym had good equipment to work out and keep fit.

The breakfast was not up to standard, the food was cold and tasted stale and there was not a great selection. the staff were not very welcoming and didn't smile or greet us when we arrived or left the hotel.
