Not obvious to find.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. The reception staff were always available to answer my questions and were eager to help. They even went out of their way to find answers if they didn't know them. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for guests going on a ski vacation.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Good location for skiing and visiting the city. Excellent sports facilities and unique aqua spa. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety. Spacious mountain suite with separate sitting area and balcony. a great experience and would return.

Location and amenities were satisfactory, with free shuttle service provided to business district and nearby attractions. The hotel breakfast buffet had a few vegetarian options and the gym had scheduled workout classes for guests to attend.

Although amenities were well-maintained, the staff was inattentive, especially in reception, where they were unhelpful and the check-in process was confusing. The room was dusty in areas and the housekeeping staff scarcely attended to replacing basic amenities like Nespresso capsules.
