We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a massive and comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a mini fridge stocked with free drinks, a drying room, and lockers for skiing and snowboarding equipment. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and easy access to the ski resorts. The breakfast selection was great, and the staff was helpful and welcoming.

Incredible value for money, the mini suite was superb and stylish, and the staff went above and beyond to make our late arrival special with a tapas spread waiting for us. The location is quiet and the parking is spacious.

The food for breakfast could have been better if it had been served on warm plates.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a small river and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were elegant and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved being able to hear the soothing sound of the babbling brook from my window. The breakfast spread was incredible, with fresh and local products that exceeded my expectations. The hotel also offered a restaurant with delicious meals and a free minibar in the room. Everything about this place was simply perfect!

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the rooms were clean and stylish, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was conveniently located near the ski lifts, making it easy to get to the slopes. the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the public areas of the hotel were well-decorated and cozy. One unique touch that we appreciated was the artistic and creative decor in the rooms.

Our only negative experience at the hotel was the occasional service mishap. Some staff members had limited English skills, which made communication difficult at times.
