Enjoyed my Xmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were helpful, which made checking in easy. The location of the hotel was great for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. Also, loved the lively atmosphere and meeting new people.

The food was below average but sufficient. Breakfast wasn't extensive. Finally, waiting for the shuttle bus took some time. the hotel provided an adequate experience, but if you're looking for luxury accommodation, you might want to book somewhere else.

Guests can also take advantage of the fridge and safe in their rooms, adding convenience to their stay.

One negative aspect is the slow and limited wifi connection, only available in the bar and reception area.
