We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is fantastic, right on the city's promenade, providing stunning views and a great starting point to explore the area. The room service was top-notch, with prompt and friendly staff catering to all our needs. We also appreciated the car hire service, which made getting around the city hassle-free. The hotel's 24-hour room service and housekeeping ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the room amenities, such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar, added to the overall convenience.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff's dedication to fine-tuning their service and becoming more efficient really shows, making this hotel a great choice for a memorable stay.

Great Rooftop and Service!

The weekend spent in this hotel was truly wonderful! the rooftop experience was amazing, with a nice view, great service, and drinks that are simply fabulous. I also loved the location, very close to the waterfront and easy access to all points of interest. the gym was very good, with all the equipment needed for a complete workout session.

On the other hand, the breakfast was very limited with practically the same dishes every day, and the staff was not very efficient. Sometimes it took a while to get things going, and this slowed down the vibe.
