This hotel provided luxurious amenities that met all my needs. the location was perfect, with a breathtaking view from my room. the staff were professional, and the service was outstanding.

There was only one minor issue. the dinner buffet was exceptionally expensive, and there were no proper a la carte restaurants.

The breakfast buffet was quite average but it offered a decent spread. the view from our room was just stunning as we were able to gaze at the bay from our 20th-floor suite. the service provided was friendly and professional.

For starters, the hotel failed to open some areas which were still under renovation. the worst part came when the safe broke down twice, and when we tried to address the issue to the hotel staff, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful.
