This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely breathtaking. Situated on a hill leading to the glacier, I was treated to a magnificent view that left me in awe. Secondly, the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. And to top it all off, breakfast was included in the rate, making it great value for money.

Located halfway up the hill, this hotel provides breathtaking views of the city and the Beagle Channel. Being close to the city center, it's convenient for those inclined to walk downhill to the downtown area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering spectacular views. The continental breakfast served is satisfying, and the restaurant is excellent with delicious options like the South American King Crab.

One negative aspect is the lack of services available on Mondays, which can be inconvenient for guests arriving on that day.

Awesome experience ringing in the New Year with great views of the town center and bay. the spacious and cozy room with a jacuzzi tub was amazing. the staff provided A+ service and the breakfast was delicious.

The location was a bit far from the center, meaning a taxi ride or a 30-minute walk to the action. the room was too hot and I had to leave the window open all night.
