The hotel is located in probably the nicest area of this city, Recoleta, which is within walking distance to great restaurants, the urban mall, the plaza park. The queen of Denmark was even there when we visited! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast spread was fantastic with something for everyone, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast in the gorgeous courtyard was a delightful spread of fresh fruit, croissants, French toast, and great coffee. The hotel exuded an elegant ambiance, reminiscent of a bygone era. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and sophisticated stay.

I absolutely loved the stunning hotel and its beautiful surroundings. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the suite I stayed in was modern, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with its amazing cocktails and breathtaking views. the fitness center and spa were also excellent, offering modern facilities for relaxation and exercise. the concierge services were top, notch, providing great recommendations for restaurants. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning was perfect, served in a gorgeous room.

I was quite disappointed with the New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel. It was overpriced and there were too many children for the type of event.

The AC and wifi worked well, and the bathroom had good amenities. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool were impressive. The breakfast dining room was classy and the buffet excellent. The concierge service was efficient and friendly.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its grand reception area and prompt service from the porters. the breakfast buffet was plentiful and the waiters were cheerful and helpful. I enjoyed the fact that fresh juice and leaf tea were served. Additionally, the hotel's grill restaurant was perfect, with exquisite food and fantastic service.

Although the hotel had its positive aspects, there were a few downsides. the service in the lobby restaurant was a real problem, with only two waiters on duty.

I loved the value for money at this hotel, it was worth every penny. The room was great, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.
