We also enjoyed the clean and modern rooms, with plenty of sockets for charging devices. the staff were friendly and eager to please, and the breakfast had a good selection of food that was regularly replenished.

The air conditioning was hit and miss, with one room having an ineffective unit and another being noisy. the bathroom was a bit older, with a broken shower head, and the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better.

We were able to easily explore the city, including popular attractions like Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada, and the Obelisk, which were all within walking distance. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying, providing a good start to the day. The staff, particularly the Concierge, were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay.

We had a great stay here. The location was very convenient, close to everything, including the bus station going to the airport. It was a bit difficult to find a taxi to the airport and the cruise terminal, but overall, it was a convenient location. The service was excellent, with 24-hour room service, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a great dining experience, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even had a casino and spa & wellness center for some leisure activities. The wi-fi was reliable and the luggage storage was a plus. This place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
