Good location, helpful staff, easy transportation, nice art, good breakfast, safe neighborhood.

We had a cancelled flight and arrived late for check out, but Art Factory San Telmo was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to stay in a room for a few hours in the afternoon so we could freshen up and get some sleep. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful, going the extra mile for two tired travelers. The hostel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, perfect for couples or groups. The subway is conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including eggs, cereal, bread, spreads, coffee. One of the best things was that they didn't charge a "tourist" exchange rate when paying with pesos in cash.

Loved the artistic décor and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The rooftop terrace view was a bonus. The walking tours were informative, but you better pray your tour guide is not as boring as the history teacher from school.

Earplugs are a must, unless you enjoy hearing every single sound from the hallway.

This hostel is a great spot for budget travelers with a fantastic location. The double rooms, though basic, are comfortable and the showers are fantastic. The rooftop bar is a cool space to hang out and enjoy a drink.

They should improve on the security aspect, reminding guests to always lock their doors for privacy and safety.

The breakfast was top notch with a variety of cereals and scrambled eggs. The common areas, including the large rooftop terrace, were cozy and inviting.-The staff was helpful and friendly.

There was an odd smell in our double room closest to the terrace, and some noise could be heard from the terrace in the evening/night. On weekends, the noise from the bar on the same floor could be quite bothersome.

The hotel had a great location in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of good restaurants. The staff were really nice and helpful, offering maps and trip package options. The hotel had internet access everywhere and even offered free tango classes. It was a great place to meet new people and had a good price.

We also enjoyed socializing in the convivial bar and taking advantage of the outdoor terrace. a great place to stay with a central location.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of charming shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. And the rooftop bar, although a bit lacking in seating, offered stunning views of the city and a great spot to relax.

The shared bathrooms could be a bit messy at times, especially if other guests didn't clean up after themselves. Additionally, some of the rooms didn't have enough natural light and could be a bit noisy due to thin walls.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Placa de Dorrego for tango and it felt quite safe. The staff were helpful and fun, and the rooms had interesting art decorations.

The kitchen was not nice enough to cook in.
