The staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly. Convenient location in downtown, close to the lake and attractions. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with great amenities. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in a lively area with plenty of entertainment options nearby. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the lake, main avenue, and downtown area. The hotel even had its own parking lot, which was a great convenience. The room amenities, including a separate bathtub and washbasin area, small fridge, and large mirror, made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious apartment. we were highly satisfied with our experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The only minor drawbacks were the proximity to a discotheque, causing some noise after midnight, and the limited breakfast hours, which didn't cater to early risers heading to Cerro Catedral. However, these were overshadowed by the excellent features and service of the hotel.

This hotel in Bariloche downtown is a fantastic choice for a stay in the city. the location is unbeatable, with the main pedestrian street and the lake just a half block away. You can easily explore all that Bariloche has to offer, from the various restaurants to the beautiful Llao Llao Hotel, without the need for a car. Secondly, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, exceeding expectations with their large bathrooms and even a balcony in some cases. Lastly, the staff, especially Rodolfo at the reception, are friendly, helpful.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated right in the heart of the town. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the hot food that was included, cooked to perfection every morning. Another great aspect of the hotel was the friendly staff, always willing to help and provide advice on local attractions.

The hotel is unfortunately located next to a nightclub, which did cause some noise disturbance during the night. It was difficult to sleep with the loud music, even with earplugs.

Additionally, the breakfast is complete and includes hot food options like eggs cooked to order. the hotel offers comfortable accommodations and a great location for exploring the city.

One downside is that the breakfast options are limited in quality and variety. The breakfast is not well attended to, unlike the rest of the staff's work.
