From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel at home. The spa and massages were absolutely amazing. The restaurant served outstanding food. The front desk staff, particularly Melisa Wong, provided exceptional service. Griselda, our waiter, was attentive and kind throughout our stay.

Griselda was attentive and friendly during all of our stay, providing a good service at the restaurant. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were well-maintained and clean.

There were also some negative aspects during our stay. We found several unnecessary restrictions in the use of the spa and our room was the worst of its category.
