From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel at home. The spa and massages were absolutely amazing. The restaurant served outstanding food. The front desk staff, particularly Melisa Wong, provided exceptional service. Griselda, our waiter, was attentive and kind throughout our stay.

The service given by Melisa and Griselda was great. Melisa was really kind and professional, always attending to our requests and suggestions. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were well-maintained and clean.

We found several unnecessary restrictions in the use of the spa and our room was the worst of its category. We also had an invasion of privacy when some staff members entered our room without permission to deliver some chocolates.
