Excellent advice from the hotel concierge

We arrived in Bariloche hoping to go skiing, but the weather didn't cooperate. Fortunately, the hotel concierge at Carlos V Patagonia was incredibly helpful and planned an amazing alternative itinerary for us. Their local knowledge and recommendations made our trip unforgettable. The hotel itself was warm and welcoming, with clean rooms and a good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and great value.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The free breakfast was a nice addition and the staff were friendly.

The hotel had poor Wi-Fi connection and the rooms were noisy due to the traffic outside. The bathroom was not very clean and the towels smelled musty.
