The staff, especially Alejandro, went above and beyond to help my friend find her lost luggage. the location was great, with a supermarket nearby and shops and restaurants within walking distance. the cabin we stayed in was self-contained and had everything we needed to feel at home. the value for money was unbeatable and we felt very welcomed by the friendly staff. a fantastic experience.

Regrettably, we couldn't stay longer. 😔

Great value for money, good location, accommodating staff. The hotel had a great price for what it offers. It is conveniently located near key attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist with any issues or requests.

Noisy rooms, poor breakfast. The rooms were quite noisy, with various sounds from inside and outside the hotel disturbing our sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money is unbeatable and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the location is perfect, close to downtown and within walking distance of everything you need. the hotel offers great services like luggage storage and airport transfers. Alejandro and Andrea, the staff members, were always on duty and had a smile on their faces. the room was comfortable with a nice-sized bed and hot showers. the breakfast was great, with coffee, croissants, toast, cereal, and fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again.

loved my stay at this hotel. after a not-so-great previous experience in el calafate, i was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room, helpful staff, and great location. everything was clean and tastefully decorated. definitely recommend!
