The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and attentive bellboys and maids. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes. The hotel also provides convenient facilities such as a jacuzzi overlooking the beach and a private tunnel linking the hotel to the beach, ensuring safety and convenience.

The gym facilities could use an upgrade, as some of the equipment is outdated.

The spa and hair salon were outstanding. The room view was amazing. Reception staff were professional and diligent. Elevators now work perfectly well. Doorman was kind and friendly.

Fantastic hotel

the Spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation, and the indoor swimming pool with a sauna and jacuzzi was great. Beach access was also convenient, and the sun terrace and infinity pool provided stunning views of the ocean.

The only minor issue was the limited dining options during off hours, but the in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar made up for it. this hotel surpassed all expectations and provided a truly luxurious experience.

I spent my Thanksgiving holiday at a five-star hotel in Mar del Plata. the bed was very comfortable and the staff was polite and enjoyable. the hotel was in a great location, right by the beach.
