Staying at Destino Calafate was a real treat! Our Standard Quadruple Room was super clean and beautifully finished, providing a cozy atmosphere. We loved the laundry service, which was charged by weight—perfect for cleaning a suitcase full of clothes! The breakfast was basic, but the made-to-order eggs were a nice touch and added a bit of flavor to our mornings. The reception team was incredibly helpful, especially when we encountered travel hiccups. they went above and beyond to assist us in reaching our next destination. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!

There could be some noise from the street.

This place is super neat, with lekker fast WiFi and really hot water for showers—no complaints there! The staff arranged our airport pickup and were always up for a chat, which made the stay feel special. The room was comfy, just what you need after a long flight.

The breakfast was a bit basic, so don’t expect a dik brekkie, but at least you can grab some toast.

However, the lack of proper ventilation in the rooms made them stuffy at night. Opening the single window welcomed not just fresh air, but also a swarm of bugs, which was quite the distraction. The breakfast was disappointing at best. I received hard-boiled eggs, one of which was undercooked, and overall choices were pretty basic. Plus, there’s no tea or coffee in the room, and without AC, those hot nights were a challenge. The place feels remote with a considerable distance to the rest of the town, making evening strolls a bit of a haul.

The room was super clean with a fab layout, and the location was blissfully quiet, just a 15-minute stroll from downtown. I loved having the bus stop and supermarket only a couple of blocks away, perfect for my little adventures!

However, the but temperature was like a sauna! It's hard to relax with the windows open when you’re also inviting in street noise—talk about a hot mess!
