We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is beautifully situated next to the water, providing stunning views of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English, which made our stay even more convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after our adventurous hikes. The restaurant offered delicious meals and had a fabulous view of the lake. I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in El Calafate with stunning lake views. The regular shuttle service made exploring the area easy, and the manager went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. The staff spoke excellent English and the rooms were spacious and clean. a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic time during my Thanksgiving break in the Argentinean Patagonia! the hotel had a shuttle service to the town, so it was more enjoyable to stay in this quiet natural environment. Loved waking up to the stunning views of the lake while sipping coffee provided by the hotel and enjoying the fresh air outside. They even helped us plan our excursions to the glaciers and arranged transport. the food was great too, especially the breakfast which had a delicious selection of local pastries.

Not much to complain about, though it would have been nice to have some more restaurant options within walking distance to the hotel. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal since we came for the nature and scenery more than anything else.
