portal plaza suites was even better than my last stay in mendoza. the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the comfortable bed and working airco made my stay even more enjoyable.

We didn't need to take any transportation as we could easily walk to all the top restaurants and shops. The convenience was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any request. They even went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the kitchenette, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. the comfort and quality of service provided at this venue were top-notch!

The rooms are spacious, with a separate sitting area, dining table, and kitchenette. The bathroom has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff at the front desk is helpful and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries. the hotel provides a comfortable stay and is conveniently located.

The noise from other guests in the living room can sometimes be bothersome.

Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and having a desk or bench space was super useful. The cleaning staff were really pleasant and did an outstanding job. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed. The front desk clerk, Lucia, was outstanding and helped us with a difficult situation at another hotel. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food. All in all, it was a mind-blowing experience!

The hotel is in a great location, right across from Plaza Chile and close to the main square, Plaza Independencia. It is also within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and hiking/hire stores.
