The location was breathtaking like heaven on earth with an array of delicacies on offer, from the delicious mix of cheeses and bread served after a charter flight to the sweet treats we received regularly. It was undoubtedly an unforgettably amazing experience that made our stay worthwhile.

The hotel staff wasn't consistent in providing essential services like cleaning the room and serving food on time. at times the room was quite cold, and we couldn't find enough blankets to keep us warm.

This venue is a true gem in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty, fulfilling every luxurious need we could have. the room was impeccable, featuring exclusive amenities that provided a sense of comfort and relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool area was stunning, with sun loungers in a beautiful garden area that showed off the hotel's attention to detail.

Nonetheless, the food quality and taste were excellent, including the special diet menus.
