the hotel exceeded our expectations with its modernity, spacious rooms, and excellent services. it was much nicer than our previous stay in El Calafate.

Clean and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast with tasty chorizos and bacon. Helpful English-speaking staff who assisted with last-minute tour arrangements. Good quality food served in the restaurant and bar. Nice indoor pool and other facilities available. Beautiful views from the hotel.

This hotel is a great place to base yourself for exploring the wilderness of El Calafate. Gabriel, the staff member, was extremely helpful in assisting us with planning our day trips. The rooms were comfortable, with queen size beds and plenty of pillows. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, with ample hot water and toiletries provided. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of pastries, breads, fruit, and cereal to choose from. The views from the top floor rooms were breathtaking.

The furniture in the lobby and common areas was old, dirty, and beat up.

The hotel design, location, views, and friendly staff were fantastic. Good breakfast options and generous servings in the restaurant. Nice indoor pool and other facilities. Modern, spacious, and clean rooms.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect – slightly up a hill, with amazing views over the town, and an easy 10-minute walk to get there. The staff provided great service, including room service and tours/ticket assistance. The room was amazing with comfortable beds, coffee facilities, and many other amenities. We also loved the dining options, especially the restaurant and lobby bar.

This place is recommended for families as well, but we didn't have any children with us so we can't comment on that.

The hotel was a bit far from the center, and not having a pavement on the road felt unsafe at night. The rooms were quite hot and stuffy, and the doors were quite noisy.

The lack of WiFi in the rooms is quite inconvenient, as guests have to go to the lobby to access the internet.
