The location of the hotel was simply breathtaking, nestled in the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares with stunning views all around. They were professional, friendly, and very informative about the area and its history. The whole experience was truly amazing and we highly recommend it.

They catered to our individual needs, including providing vegetarian food options. We were also impressed with the variety of activities offered, tailored to our interests and the weather conditions. It was truly an unforgettable highlight of our trip.

The only downside we experienced was a small hiccup during the horseback riding activity upon our arrival. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and made it work for us.
