The transportation options were excellent, with the bus station nearby for easy access to departure points. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great restaurant recommendations and directions. The breakfast selection was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

Stayed for 2 nights with half board. Chose this hotel over the Melia after careful review. Room was basic but clean, and the shower temperature and strength were very good. Breakfast and dinner buffets were adequate for the price. Bus stop to town right in front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

During our stay at a hotel in Puerto Iguazu, the staff at Grand Crucero Hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They assisted us with various arrangements, including organizing taxis, border crossings, and visits to the Falls. They even went out of their way to assist a family member who was unwell upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel offered a fantastic breakfast and the evening meals in the bar area were excellent. The prices for food and drinks were also very reasonable. The hotel was conveniently located, with a short and safe walk to the town center where there was a wide selection of dining options. nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff at Grand Crucero Hotel.
