I recently stayed at a hostel in Palermo SoHo and had a great experience. The staff at Play Hostel Arcos were very friendly and helpful, especially in assisting us with planning our activities. They even allowed us to store our luggage free of charge after check-out so we could explore the city without hassle. The location of the hostel was good, as it was within walking distance of many attractions. The private room I stayed in was comfortable, with natural light and a clean atmosphere. I was impressed with the charm and value this hostel offered.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

The shower in the room tended to get messy, and a longer shower curtain would have been helpful to prevent water from splashing onto the floor.

The staff at the reception was nice and tried to help. They let you store your luggage and the room was large with a good shower. The location was great, near the bus station and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Play Hostel Arcos. The location was perfect, with bars, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The building itself was charming and had a great atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and always helpful, making my stay even better. The rooms may not be super fancy, but they were comfortable and offered great value for the price. I had a wonderful experience at this hostel.
