The location of Austral was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. During my stay, I had a small issue with the room, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They immediately changed the sheets and resolved the issue with great professionalism. Despite the language barrier, they made every effort to communicate and ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend Austral for its excellent location, helpful staff, and dedication to resolving any issues.

The staff went above and beyond to help us plan our trips and accommodate our requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had reliable wifi. The hotel even had a computer and printer for guests to use. The location was perfect for us, as it was centrally located and close to the port. Based on a recommendation from the friendly hostess, we had an amazing dinner at Maria Lola restaurant nearby. we were very pleased with our stay at Austral.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as longer term business travelers. It was within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and the pier on the main street.

We had a wonderful stay in a great location that was close to restaurants and shops and right in the center of town. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even storing our bags for the day. The room was comfortable with a clean bathroom and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, we were able to book tours and transportation easily. It was the perfect base for exploring the area.

The walls in the room were a bit thin, and we could sometimes hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

I had a great experience at Austral! The staff was incredibly helpful and arranged a last-minute boat tour for us to see the animals in the Beagle channel on New Year's Day. They also helped us find a restaurant for a New Year's Eve dinner when everything seemed to be booked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely shower. The common living room was a nice touch for relaxing after dinner.

We had a great stay at a small family-run hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything - the port, restaurants, and museums. The staff was really friendly and helpful, even helping us find a place to do laundry on a Saturday. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent maid service. It was our third stay at this gem of a hotel.
