This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting this city. It offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms and basic amenities. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is ideal, right in the center of the city near the cathedral, which means you have easy access to everything you need while staying in a safe area.

I had a wonderful stay at Nuevo Ostende By Bund. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. The staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. Despite a few minor issues with the pillows and breakfast choices, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I was impressed with the value for money and would choose this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast options were really good and the hours were convenient. the hotel and rooms were kept clean and noise levels were low. the location was close to the city's main cathedral which made it easy to navigate around.

The pillows were too big and they didn't offer a thinner option, which made sleeping uncomfortable. the minibar was also empty and room service prices weren't readily available, which made it difficult to know what to order.
