Overall cleanliness, spacious room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants around the corner with good food and prices. Close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Estefania and the breakfast room lady. Love the communication exchange before arrival and good recommendations for dining out and places to visit. Appreciate the consideration for noise from neighboring room. Everything went well. Recommend this hotel 100%.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean and cozy ambiance of the hotel. the comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms were definitely a plus. the key location of being close to restaurants and attractions was also convenient, as we didn't have to travel far to enjoy our time.

On a different note, I did find the breakfast selection to be lacking and not very appetizing. the fruit salad and orange juice were definitely not the best options, and the coffee could be tasted improvement.

Clean rooms, spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Great location with plenty of good, affordable restaurants nearby. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Estefania and the breakfast room attendant. Good communication before arrival, flexible with modifications. Staff informed about possible noise from renovations. Highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy chalet-like decor and the friendliness of the staff at this conveniently located hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a decent variety, although the orange juice and fruit salad were not the best. However, we made up for it with the delicious dulce de leche. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
